Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and enterprise-grade security and governance. No-code agent designer fits neatly into how we already work, and prebuilt and custom AI agents removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is multimodal generation with Gemini — handled better than most — and backed by Google's Gemini models. Setup and data integration can be complex is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Q&A
What pricing model is used and is there a trial available?
Google Agentspace is sold via enterprise licensing with pricing based on usage and edition (Standard or Plus); a 30‑day free trial is offered, after which organizations contact sales for a tailored quote.
Asked by Grace Okafor · Nov 22, 2025
Can non‑technical users build custom AI agents, and what tools are provided?
Yes, the no‑code agent designer lets knowledge workers create custom, multi‑step workflows without programming, using prebuilt templates or building from scratch while still grounding the agents in company data.
Asked by Paloma Ruiz · Nov 16, 2025
How does the platform handle security and compliance for regulated industries?
It leverages Google Cloud’s security controls, offering role‑based access, audit logs, Model Armor for unsafe interaction screening, and in Standard/Plus editions adds VPC Service Controls, Customer‑Managed Encryption Keys, Access Transparency, data residency, and compliance certifications like HIPAA and FedRAMP High.
Asked by Marcus Bell · Nov 3, 2025
What data sources can Google Agentspace connect to for grounding its AI agents?
Agentspace can securely connect to internal data like documents, emails, databases, and major SaaS apps such as Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint), Google Workspace, HubSpot, Jira, and other Google Cloud services, grounding AI output in that proprietary data.
