Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Digital inspection history just works and consistent, standardized damage detection. Accuracy depends on image quality can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: fleet and dealership use cases and creates digital records for accountability. Where it lags: accuracy depends on image quality. On balance the feature set — especially aI-based damage detection — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for fleets, rentals, and dealerships. AI-based damage detection fits neatly into how we already work, and fleet and dealership use cases removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI-based damage detection — handled better than most — and creates digital records for accountability. Worth the time if this is your use case.
