Does the job

Pretty happy overall. The automation just works and it saves real time. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. The integrations is exactly what I needed, and the value for money is strong. I do wish the mobile experience lags, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the onboarding and support is responsive. On balance the feature set — especially the core workflow — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is the dashboard — handled better than most — and it is genuinely easy to set up. Pricing gets steep at scale is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Q&A

What are the main limitations I should be aware of before adopting Fabi.ai?

The platform’s performance depends on the quality and availability of your data sources, and users unfamiliar with SQL, Python, or AI concepts may face a learning curve. Additionally, complex analyses may still require some coding expertise despite the no‑code options.

Asked by Kirsi Laine · Aug 27, 2025

Can non‑technical users create dashboards without writing code?

Yes. Fabi.ai offers a no‑code mode that lets marketing and other non‑technical team members build fully customized dashboards by typing natural language queries or using drag‑and‑drop tools, while still allowing power users to mix in SQL, Python, or AI agents as needed.

Asked by Jarrah Whitlock · Aug 10, 2025

What data sources can Fabi.ai connect to, and how does integration work?

Fabi.ai connects to all major data sources, including spreadsheets, data warehouses, and SaaS applications like HubSpot and Salesforce. Integration is handled through built‑in connectors and workflow integrations that let you pull data directly into the platform for AI‑driven analysis.
