Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Image-based color extraction is exactly what I needed, and multiple input modes: text, image, harmony, themes. I do wish quality of AI output depends on prompt clarity, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is image-based color extraction — handled better than most — and multiple input modes: text, image, harmony, themes. Quality of AI output depends on prompt clarity is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Variations and shade scales for UI use just works and useful for both designers and developers. Quality of AI output depends on prompt clarity can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: exportable palettes for design tools and useful for both designers and developers. Where it lags: limited offline or non-AI fine control. On balance the feature set — especially image-based color extraction — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on accessibility and contrast checks, and multiple input modes: text, image, harmony, themes caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
