How do Cloud credits work?

Your $499/mo Cloud plan includes 2000 AI credits each month — covering chat, MCP calls, image generation, and other AI usage. When you run out, you can top up extra credits ($20, $50, $100, or $200) that roll over indefinitely, or wait for the next billing cycle when your monthly credits reset.

Can I upgrade from Solo to Cloud?

Yes. Your existing data, conversations, and history carry over seamlessly. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you're only charged the prorated difference for the current billing period.

Can I buy extra credits on Solo too?

Yes. On Solo, MCP usage stays unmetered under fair use, so driving Cogny from your own AI client never costs credits. In-app chat, image generation, and other opt-in expensive operations run on top-up credits ($20, $50, $100, or $200, rolling over indefinitely), which you can buy whenever you want to use them.
