Overview

Didymos AI helps brands and researchers understand their customers through AI-powered digital twins that simulate the attitudes, preferences and behaviors of target audiences. Instead of running lengthy surveys or recruiting panels for every question, teams can query synthetic respondents to explore reactions to products, messaging or concepts. The platform is designed to complement traditional customer research workflows, offering a faster way to test hypotheses, iterate on ideas and surface insights before committing to full studies. It aims to reduce the cost and time barriers that often slow down qualitative and quantitative research.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Simulated qualitative interviews just works and scalable testing of concepts and messaging. Synthetic responses may not fully replace real users can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Simulated qualitative interviews is exactly what I needed, and reduces recruitment and panel costs. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI digital twins of customer segments, and reduces recruitment and panel costs caught me off guard. Accuracy depends on quality of underlying models is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Q&A

What types of testing are supported by Didymos AI?

The tool offers concept and message testing, simulated qualitative interviews, and scalable audience modeling, providing insights for product and marketing teams across various stages of the research cycle.

Asked by Ines Fernandes · Jan 18, 2026

What limitations should I be aware of when using digital twins for decision making?

Synthetic responses may not fully capture real user nuances, and accuracy depends on the quality of the underlying models. Bias can also arise from training data, so results should be interpreted as early‑stage insights rather than definitive conclusions.
