Q&A
Can it be integrated into an existing EHR system?
Absolutely. The skill can be used as a standalone demographic service, a PMI wrapper, or embedded within an EHR system, provided you configure privacy and party‑self identification as needed.
Asked by Jasper Vermeer · Oct 1, 2025
Do I need any special knowledge before using it?
Yes, a basic understanding of the openEHR PARTY hierarchy, roles, and the official RM guides is required. You should also be comfortable with the CKM search tools to reuse existing archetypes.
Asked by Vikram Rao · Sep 18, 2025
Is this skill suitable for clinical EHR archetypes?
No. The skill focuses exclusively on demographic PARTY models. For clinical archetypes (OBSERVATION, EVALUATION, etc.) you should use the separate archetype‑authoring skill.
Asked by Tunde Balogun · Sep 16, 2025
What can the Demographic Modeling skill help me build?
It lets you design openEHR demographic models, including PARTY hierarchy, roles, capabilities, relationships, and identity patterns. It’s ideal for modeling persons, organisations, roles, and party relationships.
