Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on institution-specific knowledge customization, and purpose-built for higher education workflows caught me off guard. AI responses may need oversight for sensitive cases is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and purpose-built for higher education workflows. Conversational support across web and messaging channels fits neatly into how we already work, and student advising chatbots removed a step we used to do by hand. AI responses may need oversight for sensitive cases, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Conversational support across web and messaging channels is exactly what I needed, and reduces workload on admissions and advising staff. I do wish aI responses may need oversight for sensitive cases, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: alumni engagement automation and reduces workload on admissions and advising staff. On balance the feature set — especially institution-specific knowledge customization — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
