Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and actionable analytics on skills and engagement. Engagement and progress dashboards fits neatly into how we already work, and personalized content recommendations removed a step we used to do by hand. Best suited for mid-sized to large organizations, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Personalized content recommendations is exactly what I needed, and personalized learning paths driven by AI. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: manager and team-level reporting and supports continuous, on-the-job learning. Where it lags: best suited for mid-sized to large organizations. On balance the feature set — especially manager and team-level reporting — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on adaptive AI-powered learning experiences, and actionable analytics on skills and engagement caught me off guard. Requires initial setup and content curation is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Q&A

What is a Workforce Readiness Platform?

The hidden metric behind every successful strategy

Asked by Sofia Lindqvist · Aug 13, 2025

Is this another engagement survey?

No. Engagement surveys measure how people feel. Cognexo measures whether they have the capability, confidence and alignment to execute - which is a fundamentally different question.

Asked by Timur Nazarov · Jul 26, 2025

Does Cognexo replace L&D platforms?

No - it complements them. Your LMS tells you training was completed. Cognexo tells you whether it worked and whether your people are ready to perform as a result.

Asked by Halima Bello · Jul 16, 2025

How soon can we see readiness insights?

Most clients have a meaningful baseline within 30 days of going live. With AI-powered content creation, many are live within days.

Asked by Idris Suleiman · Jul 14, 2025

Who is Cognexo for?

HR leaders, CHROs, transformation and L&D leaders in organisations of 500 people or more - anyone accountable for whether their workforce can execute strategy, manage change or meet compliance standards.
