Overview

This project implements a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that acts as a bridge to interact with the Coda API. It allows an MCP client (like an AI assistant) to perform actions on Coda pages, such as listing, creating, reading, updating, duplicating, and renaming. The server exposes a range of tools to the MCP client, including creating new pages, retrieving page content, replacing and appending content, as well as managing pages, tables, and rows. It also provides functionality for deleting and inserting data, and interacting with metadata and buttons. The MCP server requires a Coda API key, which can be generated from the user's Coda account settings. It can be set up locally by cloning the repository, installing dependencies, and running the compiled JavaScript file. The server communicates over standard input/output (stdio) and can be integrated with other platforms using Docker or similar tools.
