Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: call logging and transcripts and handles calls 24/7 without staffing costs. Where it lags: may struggle with highly complex or emotional calls. On balance the feature set — especially customizable scripts and workflows — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is natural language voice conversations — handled better than most — and natural-sounding voice conversations. Requires setup and integration time is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on natural language voice conversations, and natural-sounding voice conversations caught me off guard. Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Customizable scripts and workflows is exactly what I needed, and reduces missed calls and no-shows. I do wish may struggle with highly complex or emotional calls, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
