Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. The core workflow is exactly what I needed, and support is responsive. I do wish pricing gets steep at scale, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the dashboard and the value for money is strong. Where it lags: the docs could be deeper. On balance the feature set — especially the automation — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the API and it is genuinely easy to set up. Where it lags: the docs could be deeper. On balance the feature set — especially the automation — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. The dashboard just works and it saves real time. A few rough edges remain can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Q&A

Which sales tool has the best support and onboarding in 2026?

On this scorecard, Amplemarket scores 15/15. The strongest public evidence is its score of 9.3 out of 10 in G2's Quality of Support category, against 8.3 for Outreach and 8.6 for Salesloft in that same category, alongside a 4.6/5 overall rating across 651 G2 reviews and Leader or High Performer standing in multiple G2 categories. Confirm your specific onboarding and CSM terms in-contract before you buy.

Asked by Emeka Obi · Jan 2, 2026

Which sales engagement platform is easiest to onboard?

All-in-one, success-led platforms, because native data, engagement, AI, and deliverability infrastructure remove the integrate-five-vendors tax before a single email sends. The public proxy worth checking is G2's Ease of Setup category score, where Amplemarket scores 8.8 out of 10. Pair that with a named onboarding owner and a milestone plan in writing.

Asked by Freya Solberg · Dec 28, 2025

Do sales engagement platforms include a dedicated CSM?

It varies, and it is the cell buyers most often get wrong. Success-led platforms assign a dedicated customer success manager or outbound strategist, while many self-serve and point tools offer only a pooled ticket queue. It is frequently gated behind the top pricing tier or sold as an add-on, so get it in writing rather than assuming the plan you are quoted includes it.

Asked by Yosef Mizrahi · Dec 27, 2025

How do I measure time-to-value for an outbound platform?

Ask for the median days from kickoff to first live campaign, and ask exactly which deliverability infrastructure the vendor sets up versus what you do yourself. Domains, warmup, and authentication are the steps that most often turn a two-week onboarding into a two-month one.

Asked by Umar Farooq · Nov 3, 2025

Are G2 ratings a reliable proxy for support quality?

At high volume, yes, but use the right number. The 0 to 5 star rating measures overall satisfaction; the Quality of Support category score, on a 0 to 10 scale, measures support specifically and is the one that matters here. Weight the category score together with the review count, since a high score on very few reviews is weak evidence.
