Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on role-based access and security controls, and supports autonomous, multi-step workflows caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and supports autonomous, multi-step workflows. Role-based access and security controls fits neatly into how we already work, and interaction logging and auditing removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Enterprise-grade deployment options just works and designed for enterprise deployment. May be overkill for simple use cases can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Workflow orchestration across tools is exactly what I needed, and supports autonomous, multi-step workflows. I do wish enterprise focus can mean a learning curve, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Q&A
What types of AI agents does ID Privacy AI offer?
ID Privacy supports agents and workflows across voice, SMS, email, and web. Common deployments include inbound service, lead follow-up, scheduling, retention outreach, website copilot, and human-assisted conversation handling. Available actions depend on the systems and permissions configured for each location.

How long does it take to deploy AI agents at my dealership?
Timing depends on the workflow, provider access, data mapping, approval requirements, and pilot scope. We document the systems, owners, prerequisites, launch stages, and target dates before work begins. Multi-location programs typically use a phased rollout.
Asked by Bianca Ferreira · Jul 15, 2025
How does billing work — per rooftop, per call, or per seat?
Plans are scoped around locations, workflows, active channels, expected usage, connected operations, and support or governance needs. Your proposal identifies included usage, variable charges, implementation work, provider dependencies, and the conditions that would change the price.
Asked by Miriam Cohen · Jul 11, 2025
Do we keep our existing phone number?
Most call workflows can be designed around an existing customer-facing number using an approved forwarding, routing, or number-provisioning model. The exact approach depends on the carrier, call flow, escalation rules, and dealership requirements.
Asked by Halime Yalcin · Jun 27, 2025
What happens if the AI can't answer or the customer wants a human?
Agents can follow configured escalation rules, and operators can take over and later hand a conversation back. The available handoff method depends on the channel and team workflow. Conversation context and activity history remain available to support the transition.
