Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: real-time interactive responses and combines conversational AI with visual avatars. Where it lags: quality depends on underlying content and prompts. On balance the feature set — especially voice and text conversation support — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on personality and knowledge customization, and customizable personalities and knowledge bases caught me off guard. May require setup time to configure avatars is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and customizable personalities and knowledge bases. Voice and text conversation support fits neatly into how we already work, and integration with digital platforms and worlds removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
