Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and saves time on manual note-taking. Action item and key point extraction fits neatly into how we already work, and real-time multi-language translation removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires permissions to access meeting audio, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Pretty happy overall. Live transcription during meetings just works and supports multilingual translation in real time. Requires permissions to access meeting audio can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Action item and key point extraction is exactly what I needed, and automatic summaries and action items. I do wish limited to the Google Meet ecosystem, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: action item and key point extraction and works natively inside Google Meet. On balance the feature set — especially real-time multi-language translation — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
