Overview

TLPP (TOTVS Language Plus Productive) is a modern development language and a successor to ADVPL, designed to support current programming paradigms such as complete object-oriented programming, namespaces, annotations, structured exceptions, native JSON, and reflection. It coexists with ADVPL in the same RPO environment, allowing TLPP code to call ADVPL and vice versa. TLPP offers several improvements over classical ADVPL, including a larger identifier limit of 250 characters, default private visibility for methods, and support for namespaces and annotations. It is used for developing modern code, working with REST endpoints via tlppCore, and migrating from ADVPL to TLPP.
