Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: test case management for manual and automated suites and combines manual and automated testing in one place. Where it lags: initial setup and sync configuration takes time. On balance the feature set — especially framework integrations (Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, etc.) — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Run history, analytics, and flaky test reports is exactly what I needed, and two-way sync between code and test management. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and combines manual and automated testing in one place. Test case management for manual and automated suites fits neatly into how we already work, and requirements and traceability mapping removed a step we used to do by hand. Learning curve for non-technical QA members, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. CI/CD pipeline reporting just works and combines manual and automated testing in one place. Most useful for teams already invested in automation can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
