Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Local market intelligence is exactly what I needed, and helps measure cultural and regional relevance. I do wish insight quality depends on data coverage, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Q&A

What is psychographic segmentation?

Psychographic segmentation groups customers by the personal values and motivations that drive their purchase decisions — not just demographic traits like age or income. It reveals why customers buy, giving marketing teams a more accurate foundation for messaging, targeting, and strategy.

What is values-based customer segmentation?

Values-based segmentation groups customers by the personal beliefs and motivations that shape their buying decisions — going deeper than behavioral data or demographics. Lifemind's platform is built on 30 years of validated academic research in social anthropology, mapping the U.S. population across 189 distinct worldview segments.

How does Lifemind work without PII?

Lifemind uses ZIP code counts — not individual customer records — to map your audience across 189 values-based worldview segments. Upload a simple customer file with zip codes and counts, and Lifemind identifies which segments over-index in your customer base without ever touching names, emails, or personal identifiers.
