Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and conversational format feels more natural than quizzes. Conversational AI skills assessment fits neatly into how we already work, and personalized AI proficiency certification removed a step we used to do by hand. Coaching depth may vary by user level, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on ongoing coaching via WhatsApp, and personalized coaching tailored to results caught me off guard. Conversational scoring can be less standardized than formal exams is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Ongoing coaching via WhatsApp just works and personalized coaching tailored to results. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Q&A
What is AI fluency?
AI fluency is the ability to work effectively and naturally with artificial intelligence — not just knowing what AI is, but being able to use it, evaluate its output, integrate it into your workflow, and make sound decisions about when and how to apply it. Beyond basic AI literacy, fluency means AI is embedded in how you think and work. It breaks down into five measurable dimensions.
Asked by Mustafa Yilmaz · Jan 12, 2026
Is the AI fluency assessment free or paid?
Yes — the assessment and full detailed report are completely free (Measure). The official AISA certificate you can add to LinkedIn is optional and available as a paid add-on (Prove). Self-paced improvement, an AI coach, and human-supported coaching can also be added as paid add-ons (Improve).
Asked by Marisol Pena · Dec 31, 2025
Why is a conversational AI assessment better than a quiz?
Most AI quizzes use multiple choice. AISA is a conversational AI fluency assessment — it adapts to your answers and scores what you actually demonstrate, not what you guess. Our evaluation model also refreshes every week from our AI landscape reports, so it stays current with a fast-moving field.
Asked by Faisal Rahman · Dec 11, 2025
When can I see my AI fluency score?
The conversation takes 20 to 40 minutes — it's not a timed test, and it's up to you how deep you go for a richer report. Twenty minutes is enough at a minimum. Once you finish, your report generates in about three minutes.
Asked by Ahmed Saleh · Oct 2, 2025
How does AISA measure AI fluency objectively?
AISA scores every assessment against a fixed, validated rubric refined across more than 1,500 sessions. It measures 5 dimensions — Prompting & Communication, Critical Thinking, Technical Understanding, Workflow Integration, and Safety — broken into 11 specific criteria, each scored from evidence in your conversation rather than self-assessment.
