Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and purpose-built for technical B2B support. Integrations with CRM, ITSM, and knowledge bases fits neatly into how we already work, and aI agents for case deflection and triage removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: built-in data and state handling and fast iteration through natural language. Where it lags: limited control over the underlying runtime. On balance the feature set — especially remixing and adapting existing sparks — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

May require human polish for brand consistency, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is promptable scene attributes and events — handled better than most — and real-time response to user inputs. Limited session length and memory of past states is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
