Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on clinically-based coping techniques, and focused on common conditions like anxiety and depression caught me off guard. Limited public detail on data privacy practices is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Patient education visual templates is exactly what I needed, and speeds up creation of medical visuals. I do wish limited stylistic control compared to human artists, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. The API just works and it is genuinely easy to set up. Pricing gets steep at scale can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces missed-call revenue loss. Conversation logging and call summaries fits neatly into how we already work, and calendar and scheduling integration removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
