Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Usage and cost monitoring dashboards is exactly what I needed, and built-in observability and cost tracking. I do wish adds an extra layer to the stack, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI voice agents for inbound calls, and consistent response times and messaging caught me off guard. Complex or emotional calls may need human handoff is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
