Thread summarization fits neatly into how we already work, and automated follow-up suggestions removed a step we used to do by hand. I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is savings and leakage opportunity detection — handled better than most — and automates time-consuming spend classification. Worth the time if this is your use case.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: customer support for technical issues and self-paced online format. Where it lags: requires payment to receive completion certificate. On balance the feature set — especially covers drug and alcohol awareness — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
