Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on retrieval-augmented generation over internal data, and centralized governance and access controls caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and works with private documents and internal knowledge. Retrieval-augmented generation over internal data fits neatly into how we already work, and self-hosted LLM deployment removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Retrieval-augmented generation over internal data is exactly what I needed, and supports on-prem and private cloud deployments. I do wish geared toward enterprises, not individual users, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Pretty happy overall. Enterprise integrations and connectors just works and supports on-prem and private cloud deployments. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
