What environment is required to run these live E2E tests?

The tests must run against a real Slack workspace using Socket Mode, and the environment needs the required Slack tokens (SLACK_E2E_TRIGGER_USER_TOKEN, SLACK_BOT_TOKEN) and a .env.e2e file; otherwise the CLI will raise an error.

How does the CLI discover and execute test scenarios?

Each test is a standalone `run-*.ts` file in the `src/e2e/live/` directory that exports a `LiveE2EScenario` object. The CLI automatically scans this folder, loads the files, and runs them sequentially.
