Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and graph-based RAG improves accuracy on internal data. Prebuilt apps for marketing, support, and ops fits neatly into how we already work, and proprietary Palmyra LLM family removed a step we used to do by hand. Smaller teams may find it overkill, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on prebuilt apps for marketing, support, and ops, and no-code agent builder accessible to non-developers caught me off guard. Smaller teams may find it overkill is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Knowledge Graph RAG on company data just works and no-code agent builder accessible to non-developers. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
