Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on website embed widget, and embeddable widget for any website caught me off guard. Answer quality depends on source content is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: knowledge base ingestion and embeddable widget for any website. Where it lags: answer quality depends on source content. On balance the feature set — especially configurable bot settings — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Website embed widget just works and reduces repetitive support questions. Limited use outside website contexts can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Custom ChatGPT trained on your data is exactly what I needed, and reduces repetitive support questions. I do wish answer quality depends on source content, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
