Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and operates 24/7 without staffing requirements. AI-driven automated responses fits neatly into how we already work, and analytics and conversation insights removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Customizable conversation flows just works and reduces response times for common inquiries. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Where it lags: may struggle with highly complex or unusual requests. On balance the feature set — especially aI-driven automated responses — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
