It tracks cross‑project patterns, divergences, extraction candidates, and capabilities only for sibling projects under the same maintainer. It does not handle upstream dependency issues; those require the separate /upstream tracker.

How do I configure Synergy Tracker to recognize my sibling projects?

Create a `.claude/synergy-registry.json` file listing each sibling as an object with fields like name, file, remote, bm, entity, and relationship. If the file is missing, the skill will glob for existing `SYNERGY*.md` files or prompt you to specify the project.
