Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on noise and walkability insights, and helps avoid post-move regret caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and saves time researching unfamiliar neighborhoods. Safety and crime trend analysis fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-generated pros and cons summary removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Data accuracy depends on public sources is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Pretty happy overall. Comparison between locations just works and easy address-based lookup. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
