Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and full white-label branding and custom domains. Usage and credit tracking dashboard fits neatly into how we already work, and white-label chatbot and agent builder removed a step we used to do by hand. Primarily aimed at agencies, not casual users, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on custom knowledge base training, and reseller-friendly pricing and credit system caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: client sub-account management and full white-label branding and custom domains. On balance the feature set — especially website embed and API access — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. White-label chatbot and agent builder just works and full white-label branding and custom domains. Primarily aimed at agencies, not casual users can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
