Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Drag-and-drop agent builder just works and wide range of LLM and tool integrations. Pricing can scale quickly for heavy usage can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: knowledge base and RAG capabilities and built-in logging and evaluation for agents. Where it lags: complex workflows can become hard to debug visually. On balance the feature set — especially drag-and-drop agent builder — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is support for multiple LLM providers — handled better than most — and enterprise features like SSO and access controls. Complex workflows can become hard to debug visually is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Deployment as chatbots, forms, or API endpoints is exactly what I needed, and built-in logging and evaluation for agents. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
