Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Character and scene consistency across frames is exactly what I needed, and backed by ByteDance research and infrastructure. I do wish availability depends on third-party platforms, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and strong motion quality and frame consistency. Image-to-video animation fits neatly into how we already work, and text-to-video generation removed a step we used to do by hand. Output length restricted to short clips, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
