I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on scalable screening for high-volume roles, and provides transcripts and scored summaries caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Scalable screening for high-volume roles just works and screens large applicant pools quickly. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: automated candidate scoring and ranking and consistent, structured interview process. Where it lags: accuracy depends on question design. On balance the feature set — especially conversational AI interviews — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

May feel impersonal to some candidates is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversational AI interviews — handled better than most — and provides transcripts and scored summaries. Worth the time if this is your use case.
Does the job
