How do Cloud credits work?

Your $499/mo Cloud plan includes 2000 AI credits each month — covering chat, MCP calls, image generation, and other AI usage. When you run out, you can top up extra credits ($20, $50, $100, or $200) that roll over indefinitely, or wait for the next billing cycle when your monthly credits reset.

Can I upgrade from Solo to Cloud?

Yes. Your existing data, conversations, and history carry over seamlessly. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you're only charged the prorated difference for the current billing period.

Can I buy extra credits on Solo too?

Yes. On Solo, MCP usage stays unmetered under fair use, so driving Cogny from your own AI client never costs credits. What MCP tools are included in Solo?

Solo includes all current and future MCP tools and skills — the same ones available in Cloud. The difference is execution: Solo runs one channel at a time while Cloud runs all channels in parallel with automation features like scheduled jobs and daily briefs.
