Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: robotaxi ride-hailing deployments and targets full Level 4 autonomy. Where it lags: not a consumer-facing software product. On balance the feature set — especially robotaxi ride-hailing deployments — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Fleet management and remote assistance tools just works and targets full Level 4 autonomy. Geopolitical scrutiny on cross-border operations can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is autonomous trucking for freight logistics — handled better than most — and strong R&D presence across China and the US. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and operates real-world robotaxi and robotruck services. Vehicle platform integrations with OEMs fits neatly into how we already work, and fleet management and remote assistance tools removed a step we used to do by hand. Geopolitical scrutiny on cross-border operations, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
