Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: custom actions via Power Automate and connectors and tight integration with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. On balance the feature set — especially generative answers grounded in enterprise data — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is multi-channel deployment (Teams, web, more) — handled better than most — and enterprise-grade security and governance controls. Advanced scenarios still benefit from developer skills is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Multi-channel deployment (Teams, web, more) just works and wide library of connectors and templates. Licensing and message-based pricing can get complex can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
