Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Automated issue triage and labeling just works and natural language interface for repo automation. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. GitHub repository integration is exactly what I needed, and open source and self-hostable. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: gitHub repository integration and integrates with existing Git workflows. Where it lags: limited to repository-centric use cases. On balance the feature set — especially customizable automation rules — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
