Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on role-based access and analytics dashboards, and covers workflows, cases, and apps in one platform caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and integrates with popular enterprise tools. API and third-party integrations fits neatly into how we already work, and project and task tracking tools removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aPI and third-party integrations — handled better than most — and low-code interface accessible to non-developers. Pricing can be high for smaller teams is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. API and third-party integrations just works and covers workflows, cases, and apps in one platform. Advanced customization may still require technical skills can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
