I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is integration with business systems — handled better than most — and potential time savings across operations. Effectiveness depends on integration coverage is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: monitoring of automated processes and flexible workflow design for varied use cases. On balance the feature set — especially monitoring of automated processes — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Integration with business systems is exactly what I needed, and reduces manual intervention in routine workflows. I do wish autonomous systems require careful oversight, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
