Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multi-language support and customizable branding and behavior. Where it lags: higher message volumes require paid plans. On balance the feature set — especially website, Slack, and WhatsApp integrations — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Pretty happy overall. Lead collection forms just works and multiple integration and deployment options. Higher message volumes require paid plans can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on lead collection forms, and multiple integration and deployment options caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

How do message credits work?

Each request made to the AI model costs a certain number of message credits depending on your chosen model. If you have any actions enabled, the agent might make multiple requests to the AI model to generate the response. For example, if you have a calendar action to get available slots for booking, and the user asks to book a meeting, on the first request to the AI model it will decide to run the calendar action to get the available slots, and the second request will be to generate the response to the user, that means a total of 2 requests and 2x the number of credits for the model you are using.

When are my message credits renewed?

Your message credits are renewed at the start of every calendar month regardless of when you subscribed. So if you subscribe on the 15th of March, your credits will be renewed on the 1st of April.

What is the difference between subscription credits and auto-recharge credits?

Subscription credits renew at the beginning of each calendar month, and any unused credits do not carry over. Auto-recharge credits are added when your available credits fall below the threshold you set. These auto-recharge credits do not expire and are always available.
