Pretty happy overall. Integration with documentation tools just works and reduces engineering and CS workload. Best suited for SaaS web products can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

On balance the feature set — especially aI browser agent for web navigation — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
