Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI agent creation tools is exactly what I needed, and combines apps, automations, and AI agents. I do wish less suited for customer-facing products, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: role-based access controls and open source with self-hosting option. On balance the feature set — especially workflow automation engine — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Self-hosted or cloud deployment just works and faster than custom-coding internal tools. Requires some technical knowledge to use well can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI agent creation tools — handled better than most — and faster than custom-coding internal tools. Less suited for customer-facing products is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Cloud is best if you want managed infrastructure, built-in scalability, collaboration tools, AI credits, and support. Self-hosting is ideal if you require full control over your infrastructure and deployment.
