How it works: Let's say ACME Corporation has Jane and John, both on the Plus plan: Mid-January usage: Jane: 100 credits used (50 remaining) John: 150 credits used (0 remaining) At this point, John can't create more presentations until the billing cycle resets. ACME purchases 100 overage credits for $10 to keep the team working.
