Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multi-channel deployment and quick agent setup and deployment. Where it lags: subscription cost may not suit hobbyists. On balance the feature set — especially no-code agent builder — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. SaaS-based access just works and no coding skills required. Less flexible than custom-built solutions can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on agent behavior configuration, and no coding skills required caught me off guard. Subscription cost may not suit hobbyists is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is saaS-based access — handled better than most — and accessible to non-technical users. Worth the time if this is your use case.

At the same time, it is not limited to visual building only – developers can add and edit code if needed.
