Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Job description analysis and keyword extraction is exactly what I needed, and tailors resumes to individual job postings. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

Pretty happy overall. Job description analysis and keyword extraction just works and speeds up the application process. Heavy keyword matching can feel generic can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: automated cover letter generation and tailors resumes to individual job postings. On balance the feature set — especially job description analysis and keyword extraction — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
