Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Multi-use-case support for onboarding and login just works and agent-driven workflows adapt checks to risk level. Agentic decisions may be hard to audit or explain can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: risk-based adaptive verification and agent-driven workflows adapt checks to risk level. On balance the feature set — especially authentication-as-a-service API — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is risk-based adaptive verification — handled better than most — and delivered as a managed service, reducing setup effort. Effectiveness depends on quality of user devices and cameras is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Multi-use-case support for onboarding and login is exactly what I needed, and delivered as a managed service, reducing setup effort. I do wish limited public detail on accuracy benchmarks, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Where it lags: effectiveness depends on quality of user devices and cameras. On balance the feature set — especially liveness and anti-spoofing checks — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on liveness and anti-spoofing checks, and applicable across onboarding, login, and transactions caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
