Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Compliance-focused architecture just works and fast retrieval and response times. Setup complexity higher than SaaS tools can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Pretty happy overall. On-premises LLM deployment just works and runs fully on-premises for data privacy. Requires internal infrastructure to deploy can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and runs fully on-premises for data privacy. Document and data indexer fits neatly into how we already work, and contextual question answering removed a step we used to do by hand. Likely geared toward larger organizations, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is enterprise knowledge search — handled better than most — and runs fully on-premises for data privacy. Worth the time if this is your use case.
