Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on configurable virtual AI agents, and no-code agent setup for non-technical users caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: lead qualification and follow-up and purpose-built for auto dealerships. Where it lags: narrow focus limits use outside auto industry. On balance the feature set — especially automotive-specific conversation training — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
