Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Anime-inspired painterly rendering just works and fast generation times. Potential copyright concerns around derivative art can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is searchable directory of AI tools — handled better than most — and large catalog covering 45,000+ AI tools. Worth the time if this is your use case.
